By signing this agreement, I understand and fully comprehend all the points mentioned in the following:

1st As a student or participant, I understand my commitment to comply with the class hours and weeks agreed upon the study program.

Likewise, Hudson Training Center Inc is committed to providing all materials for practice during my attendance at the school.

2nd In case of absence:

A. The first week you are absent, you will still be able to obtain your diploma, but you will need to be up to date with the payment

B. If the student is absent two weeks or more, he or she will have to make up the missed class hours and be up to date with payment agreements and outstanding

C. If the student has 3 or more consecutive absences, HTC has the rights to withdraw them and consider them Inactive.

D. I understand that I must at all times use my legal name for any documentation or weekly attendance that bears my name or signature.

3rd If you have paid the deposit and then decide not to take the course due to X circumstances, the deposit will be returned 100% without any problem; as long as you have not received any classes. If you receive any class, then there will be no refund.

4th If the student stops payments (weekly fees), they take the risk of not being able to continue taking classes until they catch up with their fees, either in the present or in the future. As a student, I understand that I cannot take a new course without first settling or completing the previous agreement.

5th The student understands and accepts that the certifications issued at Hudson Training Center Inc in the training (electricity, plumbing, solar panels, welding, Automotive Mechanics, among others), are not equal to the federal and/or state licenses referred to in the branches above mentioned.

6th Hudson Training Center Inc is accredited by MAINSTREAM ENGINEERING, RSES & NATE to help manage certifications and/or licenses for Refrigeration & HVAC students via different examination methods required by the aforementioned institutions.

7th If I am a student in HVAC/R, I understand that Hudson Training Center Inc does not grant an EPA 608 license without me first taking an exam where my knowledge is tested.

8th Hudson Training Center Inc. is committed to providing HVAC/R students with all the study materials necessary to successfully obtain their EPA 608 license.

9th Hudson Training Center Inc is not responsible for items left or forgotten in your classroom. All students must take responsible care of their personal belongings.

10th Hudson Training Center Inc reserves the rights to reject or remove any person who directly or indirectly affects the reputation and dignity of our institution. This includes any public or private message or communication that may cause defamation of our institution.

In such case, I understand that Hudson Training Center Inc can legally sue me for defamation.

11th By signing this agreement, I fully understand the terms and conditions mentioned above. If this agreement is not met, I understand that HTC has the right to take appropriate action.
